We are pleased to announce EcoVapor, a DNOW company is a sponsor of the Accelerated Methane Reduction Symposium hosted by the Payne Institute for Public Policy at the Colorado School of Mines being held on March 6-7, 2025.
Hans Mueller, Vice President of EcoVapor, will be a panelist in the session covering “Economic Incentives for Reduced Methane Natural Gas.” The session is scheduled for Friday, March 7 2025 at 2:30 PM MST.
Venting and flaring from tank batteries have emerged as the most significant source of well site emissions today, which means controlling tank battery emissions represent the greatest opportunity for making environmental performance gains. EcoVapor technology is working in multiple oil and gas producing areas to significantly reduce tank venting and flaring by capturing and selling valuable tank vapors and flash gas, offering oil and gas operators profitable Pathways to Zero.
The Accelerated Methane Reduction Symposium event will cover the topic of harnessing natural gas to achieve energy security and climate goals. The Payne Institute for Public Policy will convene experts and stakeholders to explore how the latest science and other innovations are being used to track the progress of fugitive methane reduction initiatives, compare the emissions profile of U.S. natural gas to other sources in global energy markets, strengthen U.S. energy security and stabilize global energy markets, and accelerate the pace of fugitive methane reductions in the U.S. and abroad. This is the third annual symposium.
