Professional field service is available for all equipment provided by EcoVapor. The company’s crews perform product installation & commissioning, repair, maintenance, and normal scheduled servicing for items such as sensor calibration and media changes. Typical installation and commissioning support activities are sensor calibrations, PLC and HMI code activation, valve operation and installation, and installation and verification of digital communication. Service crews monitor operation of the equipment remotely to provide a rapid response to issues in the field.
EcoVapor’s service personnel are trained on the equipment and all have completed Safeland training as well as certifications on CPR and safety issues related to hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Certifications on manlift, crane, and fit testing have also been completed by many of the crews. The company relies on KPA’s EHS programs for safety training and compliance is reported and available through ISNetworld and Veriforce.
