The EcoForce™ tank vapor recovery system from EcoVapor is a continuous, variable speed blower solution that delivers constant pressure in natural gas and biogas production systems.
EcoForce helps you minimize the risk of fugitive emissions from tank venting by automatically managing stable and consistent tank pressures in both crude oil and produced water storage tanks.
Key Features
- Portable, skid mounted solution.
- No additional compression required – utilizes existing compression assets.
- VFD allows for variable pressure to VRU suction.
- Continuous blower operation eliminates harsh start-stop cycles, reducing wear and tear on moving parts for reliability, high uptime, and low maintenance and repair costs.
- Complete solution out of the box. Includes all necessary accessories, nothing extra to purchase.
- Automated control, preprogrammed through the onboard PLC.
- Inlets/outlets are situated in the same locations on all unit sizes, allowing for efficient downsizing.
EcoForce Applications
Whether your facility uses storage tanks for crude oil and produced water, or employs a tankless production facility, the EcoForce skid can help you maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
Tankless Facilities. Works in tandem with a surge vessel for harvesting flash gas to send to a VRU and sales while maintaining maintain pressure of the surge vessel. Can be used to boost flare line pressure.
Stranded Gas. Ideal for handling excess gas at facilities without pipeline takeaway, to send the gas directly to the combustor for removal from the facility.
Tank Batteries (oil and produced water). Maintains constant tank pressures in both crude oil and produced water tanks, capturing and moving BTU-rich tank vapor gas to the VRU suction inlet and to sales, where it converts flaring emissions into revenue.
Boost Flare Line Pressure. Can be used to boost flare line pressure.
The EcoForce system allows operators at existing production sites to capture the rich vapor from storage tanks, increasing revenue and reducing flaring and associated emissions.
