Achieve environmental performance goals without sacrificing economic results

The composition of biogas varies widely, but typically includes methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), water vapor, and often oxygen. Hydrogen sulfide and oxygen create corrosion and safety hazards to infrastructure, including natural gas pipelines. To sell your biogas as renewable natural gas (RNG), it must be purified to meet pipeline specifications by removing water, H2S and oxygen.

EcoVapor has designed a comprehensive biogas upgrading system for treating H2S, oxygen and water, so that your produced gas can be sold as high-value RNG.

ZerO2™ – Remove Oxygen from Biogas

Our ZerO2 solution removes oxygen contamination from biogas, enabling you to sell high-value RNG.

Advantages:

  • Modular design that lets you right-size and relocate treating capacity as operational circumstances change
  • No moving parts, ensuring high reliability
  • Small operational footprint making ZerO2 units easy to install and move
  • Non-toxic byproducts, ensuring sustainable and safe operations

Sulfur Sentinel™ – Cost-Effective H2S Treatment

Sulfur Sentinel™

An all-in-one solution for cost-effectively treating H2S. It uses a simple but highly effective dry iron oxide scavenger to safely remove hydrogen sulfide from the gas stream. This eliminates the complex equipment and scale inhibitors needed when using liquid chemicals. The spent iron oxide is easily and safely vacuumed from the vessel and disposed of in a local landfill without any special permits.

Advantages:

  • Is a 100% self-contained solution requiring no changes to your existing processes
  • Efficiently treats the specific H2S concentration in your vapor stream, with no need to over treat to handle production stream variations
  • Introduces no negative downstream process effects
  • Eliminates scaling that results from the over-use of liquid scavengers
  • Is highly reliable, with no moving parts and high uptime
  • Eliminates the additional cost of scale inhibitor treatments
  • Eliminates complex, failure-prone equipment associated with liquid chemical treatment
  • Is environmentally friendly, producing compact, non-toxic waste
  • Delivers Superior performance at a competitive cost
