Exciting news on the RNG front! EcoVapor is installing a ZerO2 oxygen removal unit at a dairy in the Rocky Mountain region to decontaminate biogas and upgrade it to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG). The Deoxo Drying capability is required for the RNG to meet local pipeline specification.

This is a big step forward for the dairy, which has over 4,000 cows, providing milk and dairy products to local schools and consumers. The dairy’s RNG operation will reduce methane emissions from animal waste and create a new revenue stream for the dairy. That is a win-win for the environment and the dairy owners.
The digested gas from the animal waste must be processed to remove contaminants such as CO2, water, and oxygen. EcoVapor is supplying the oxygen removal and gas drying equipment required in the gas treating step prior to sale.
Stay tuned, we look forward to reporting back to you on the status of this RNG project in the near future!
